NAMASTE!

Namaste is a greeting, very frequently used when people meet in India, (in the Hindi language), which means, roughly:

"I salute the Divine within You"

It's most often accompanied by the people meeting looking each other in the eyes, and raising the two hands, with palms and fingers together, in a gesture called a "pranam".

I am not a Hindu, but that's the way I like to meet people, so that's why I use it.

I have a North American born Guru by the name of Adi Da--greatest Spiritual Teacher ever from my point of view! You can read about him at:

adidam.org

Otherwise, I'm just a normal guy, scuffling around trying to make sense out of such "circus events" as TSIX

Namaste!
