mike OK thanks but

What forces the bondholders to take any action prior to the LMNE stock distribution. What would happen if MRVC is trading at less than $13.52 and MRV management does not call the converts and the bond holders do nothing initially but later try to convert after the LMNE stock distribution has occurred. Is this even a possible scenario? A variation would be the situation where MRV's stock price is greater than $13.52. I guess I just don't yet under this bond thing. Is there any way the stock distribution can occur with MRV trading at less than $13.52? Must the bonds either be called or converted prior to the distribution? As a recall Noam said bonds did not need to be called or converted. Is this correct? Lots of questions.
