I am away from my files so I am going by memory but MRVC has some "restricted cash" which is related to the bonds. Obviously, if the bonds go away, the restrictions related thereto will also go away. It just isn't going to happen that MRVC will call the bonds prematurely unless they can force conversion, and in that case, no cash is required.
