I would conclude that the LMNE stock distribution will not happen until MRV stock price rises above the conversion price. That is because MRV management would prefer conversion over calling the bonds to conserve cash and the bondholders will not convert if the stock price is less than the $13.52 conversion price. I hope this is what you have been saying. Thanks for answering all my naive questions.
