I think the sideline money will join and folks will feel safe enuf to step back in...start a short cover rally...bullss will get cocky and then a major short squeeeeze...then hope of 2nd 1/2 recovery and then recovery and then fred will need a loan and then Yhoooooooooo. 2800/3000 could be real doable ..mkt always goes too far.
