to Mr. M Allen, forgive me for this request (and to everyone else who may have already been through all this), but, can you explain again why it is your belief that the short-term price will be affected by the S1? I recollect mention that there is a large number of warrants outstanding at $1.31 which can only be exercised at $1.81? perhaps I have mixed up who has said what, but it would be appreciated if you could clarify this point. je
