Richard L. Clemmer Joins PurchasePro as Chief Financial Officer

LAS VEGAS, May 16, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- PurchasePro(R) (PPRO) today announced that Richard L. Clemmer, vice chairman, has officially joined the company as chief financial officer.
The company announced the appointment of Clemmer, formerly chief financial officer of Quantum Corp. (DSS) and Texas Instruments' Semiconductor Group (TXN) , on April 24.
Charles E. Johnson, Jr., chairman and chief executive officer, said, "While we have been in discussions regarding the operations of PurchasePro with Rick Clemmer for several months, and while he has become eminently conversant with PurchasePro and its operations, we are pleased to have him officially on board."
