Paul, What is your take on the chart formations on the NAZ/NDX/QQQ since the middle of APRIL. I have a RISING FLAG on the NAZ, while the NDX and QQQ has RECTANGLEs. The RISING FLAG is bearish but the RECTANGLES are bullish.
