If you think LU and AREM are comparable you have not listened to the conference calls and read the reports from the past year.

Please tell me exactly where AREM lost market share to undermine its business. Show me the vendor financing. Show me where AREM chose not to develop the technology its customers wanted while other companies did. Show me improper revenue recognition practices.

I would be really interested. This is what Greenberg didn't bother to check. Many others too, from the sound of it.

Now AREM has been halted. The plot thickens.
