nobody watches the trannies, except Richard Russell....and that's why they are so important. the less watched an indicator is, the more important it is.

since the SnP has now busted through a previous fibo retracement target, the next one that is likely is 1338. not very far from here. and euphoric sentiment indicators are virtually guaranteed if/when it is reached.
