THURSDAY MORNING TRADING ROOM UPDATE: This morning we didn't get the gap up, the market opened flat. However, while watching the Futures indices closely we set then trailed stops on our open long positions to maximize gains, closing SEBL for +1 point, NTIQ +0.2, BRCD +1, BEAS +1.5, and JNPR +4.9 points - for a net gain of 8.6 points. We are currently flat except for a short position in ABT. The market has rolled over with the S&P Futures giving up all of this morning's rally and taking out the day's trading low, with many of the techs we sold rolling over and giving back their gains as well. We'll likely scalp the short side during the doldrums, with a bias to staying flat until the market shows us a trading range or a clear trend later in the session. Good trading!, -Steve
