11:10 ET CIENA Corp (CIEN) 59.99 +1.09: -- Update -- Stock's gains get cut in half as rumor quickly spreads that Morgan Stanley downgraded the stock; we're hearing that as of now, Morgan Stanley has not downgraded the stock, but did make cautious comments. Stock rebounding as word spreads that there was no downgrade.
