It doesn't look like insiders. The selling started the day CTSL told subscribers to sell, so it looks like CTSL subscribers. With cash in bank of 50c/share, why would insiders sell at 50c or less? Anyway, in dollar terms, ADSO traded less than $100,000 yesterday, $75,000 Tues, and $50,000 Monday. As of now, less than $20,000 changed hands. Also, the trades today are small (5k or less) as compared to the last three days that had blocks of 10k to 30k being sold.
It looks like we hit a bottom (....but then again, 75c looked like a bottom), and without any broker or newsletter covering ADSO, I don't see much of an improvement in the stock price for at least six months.
If there were a newsletter covering ADSO, I'm sure that the comments would be: "Buy the company for its cash, and get the technology for free", "Wall Street just doesn't get it", "If they want to give us the stock, we'll take it", "These guys have partnerships with MOT, Mitek, and now Northrup Grumann! Not shabby for a small company", "Target of $3"
