My impression is that their Flash fabs lag quite a bit behind the leading edge processes. Their 2 flash fabs use .32 and .23 micron design rules. A third flash fab is being built with estimated production beginning in the second half of 2001. I don't know what design rules it will use. I imagine .18. Fab 25 in Austin is at .18 and is expected to be converted to flash. amd.com What design rules do most other flash companies use? Tim
