I wouldn't assume he's deliberately trying to depress the stock price - my guess rather is that he knows that this is his last year with the company and he has taken it into his head to sell the stock himself at his own pace. Sounds to me also that he is mad at seeing his several million dollars worth of stock dwindle to half a million.

My prediction is that he will be replaced as Chairman of the Board over the next few months. There is a mutual non-disparagement clause in his separation agreement so don't expect the company to say anything nasty about him.

I see all this as pretty irrelevant to Procyte's prospects. I see the stock as a clear (speculative) buy below 1 1/2.
