It is not sufficient for you to answer that question. He needs to answer that question on the record and in public IF he so desires. Any comments from you would have no validity unless you were directly involved in the administrative procedure at Investorshub. I suspect his name will come up during discovery in the the lawsuit filed by Tim Luke against Jenna and Pristine.com.
