Datek/ISLAND does have a problem, I also had a partial order lost in the system this morning. It wasn't enough to worry about in my case except that I am stuck with 9 shares. I sold an order got a partial fill leaving 9 shares in my order unfilled. At the time ISLAND had two orders behind the order that crossed with mine for 1000 and 2000 shares. While they sure didn't want my 9 shares I am sure, I should have gotten an execution and cross with them, by the rules that ISLAND supposedly follows. Instead my order just dissapeared. The price moved up and nothing happened so I cancelled the order and sent Jon Normille an E-Mail. I still am waiting for a responce but expect I will receive one sometime soon. I don't really care about the 9 shares, but I want the problem fixed. .
