HK PRESS: PCCW To Move Call Center Operations To China Dow Jones Newswires HONG KONG -- Pacific Century CyberWorks Ltd. (PCW) plans to move some of its call center operations to the southern city of Guangzhou on a trial basis by the end of the year, the Hong Kong Economic Times reports, quoting a spokeswoman of the telecommunications and Internet company. If it is successful, it will consider moving the whole operation there. It has no plans to layoff any staff at the moment.
