per the cc mrvc gave a few weeks ago...1.77 is closer... current 4.8 * 1.77 = 8.5 mrv has 80M in cash which is about $1 per share. also, few articles about zaffire being sold..estimates from 200-300M but i think more like 500-600...mrv owns 23% so that is 45-130M...so .5 to 1.2 per share... and opxs is ready to go public...another few bucks... all of that figures in with mrv being above 13.52 by nov for distribution to happen... imo of course.
