Jeff,

I'm more concerned with the purchase taking away from bottom line.
Obviously, there will be charges against profitability for Oakley due
to this purchase. The question is, when will the charges be taken and
will One Xcel be profitable enough to lessen the impact of this purchase
against earnings?

I will appreciate your "TWO CENTS" after the meeting. Unfortunately, I
won't be attending. Can't afford to soak up my gains with a trip to HQ
from midwest.

Brian-where are you? what does you T/A report currently?
