Subject: Promotion - James McGowan

OMD,
Mr. McGowan has taken some initiative recently with his acquisition plans of Mexico. Of course, here at JXM Enterprises, we appreciate employees who think out of the box.

Mr. McGowan is heading south of the border and needs an appropriate title for the negotiations. I would like to offer him the position of VP of Acquisitions. I will retain the responsibilities of merger activity since that has a completely different meaning here at JXM Enterprises.
