needless to say, that was not the point in sending you there!! i have had no problems, but i will check to see if there are alternatives. the site is "the telecommunications casbah" and it is operated by sam churchill. it is an exhaustive and informational resource, digestive yet detailed in all aspects of telecom. sorry for the trouble. randy
