Your suggestion of largely replacing the existing staff is an excellent idea. For one thing, they are snippy, take direction poorly, question orders, and disparage their superiors. We can keep upper management intact and replace the rest with much cheaper labor from third-world countries. I will have the Acquisitions staff investigate dropping Canada and instead acquire Indonesia, thus assuring a large pool of cheap labor, some of which is well educated.
