I believe that it's $4-$5 at this point...

and I remember when this came up last year at $5, the big obstacle was the cost of registering the new shares that were issued pursuant to their funding. I don't think that it will be a problem coming up with the money this time though. In my opinion, NKCIF will be back on NM by the end of next year at the latest.
