After The Bell With JP Morgan

Another possibilty with all of this speculation is, (now this comes from my reliable sources, mind you) that KE was recently busted with a prostitute, and a huge blackmail conspiracy was uncovered. It seems that KE was forced to secretly sign over the rights to millions of dollars worth of stock and options to keep the police blotter from hitting the papers, and to set up the prostitute himself with a slush fund amounting to 2.7 Million dollars worth of IOM common. All of this was secretly voted on and approved by the Board of Directors as to keep everything under wraps until all of the upcoming insider selling was complete. Tickets and reservations to known Tropical havens frequented by the likes of Bre-X Board members have been discovered by SEC investigators, and warrents for the arrest of K Edwards and 7 board members have been filed.

Just another possibility.
