I think you are taking the right approach, Earlie. As long as you realize they are niche players. Niche players can be very profitable. Power quality is an issue for some concerns and economics isn't everything - there are other reasons why some would choose to have a fuel cell installation or micro-turbine.

Fuel cells can be very efficient -- that doesn't really mean anything from an economic standpoint, of course, it is the cost per kWh and the "type" of power that is supplied. By type, I mean, peaking, baseloaded or backup.

Where you are close to a natural methane source, have power quality issues, or need high reliability, etc -- these may be just the ticket ...
