1. i'm under the impression they paid over $100 million. am i wrong? maybe as i'm just speculating. SB, I can't say I have a clue. I did not really follow that closely. It sure sounds like it would be a lot for it. <i.2. distribution? i'll bet there are 10k programmers who could do the same thing - and some have. You are likely correct. I am not sure and obtained critical mass. My problem (it is a bad problem) was I was defending an acquisition I did not study that well. Maybe it is very dumb. ok, ok. they are either very dumb or very smart. i'll tell you which as soon as i know for sure. i'm leaning toward the former, though. ;-) Please let me know when you know. Their history (meaning many years) has shown them to be wise. But past performance .....LOL.
