Zeev, Trading in JNPR is going to be a function of short covering, IMHO.

The short interest on this stock had grown; it is also a survivor of the bubble bursting and the stock price is not nearly as bad as many others. The same applies to Ciena.

JNPR's PE is now getting better than Cisco..which is a strange twist.
The problem is that that JNPR's sales levels are much lower than Csco; will be facing big time competitive pressures NOW! Margins will get hit unless business picks up fast.

That is why i say trading is a function of short interest in this stock. If by chance the short interest returns to normal levels, it may be a good short as a hedge for other tech long holdings if the market becomes less volatile, IMHO.

...or maybe even go long Cisco and short JNPR.

Of course, if the market is headed up in the coming days, it will probably go along for the ride.

Ciena is in the same situation, IMHO.
