It depends on the pulley. The higher the let off on the draw the less distortion on the arrow. Compounds start slow and build speed unlike older bow models. Makes for much higher speed which means much flatter trajectory.

Many bow hunters carry bottles to pee in to cover their scent. Me? I pissed all over. It was fun pissing in the woods and a deer only smells the ammonia anyway. I still pee in deer scrapes to make them mad. It's that the ammonia is too fresh.
