Bill,

I'm not sure about some of the valuations either, but I will not fight the FED and or the trend in the markets. We are awash in money and the FED continues to flood the market almost on a daily basis, and that money is looking for places to go. I had a 6 month Bank CD come do just the other day that was paying a tad over 6% and when I renewed the rate was 4.33%. That is a huge drop in a 6 month time frame and I believe when people begin to see the drop on rates on CD's, money market account's and other cash they are holding I think some of it will go back into the market.

I see the DOW going to 14,000 give or take and the NAZ going to 3,500 give or take between now and year end.

>>and he isn't buying equities at these levels. <,

He is wanting to buy big time in the utility sector, but needs gov. approval before he can invest any more and remember Warren's buys usually do not show up until after the in has already bought.

Hank
P.S.-One more thing Bill there is nothing wrong sitting on cash and waiting if one is not comfortable in the market.
