I don't know. I thought he was looking for Dow 16,666. I saw him post that yesterday and was predicting another 500 point up day today. Some of his posts seem to be in jest but that 16,000 prediction is one I've heard him make on the radio some 7 years ago on the defunct Leibovitz radio show. He should be on the ask da cheif thread here or on village2000.com in the crystal ball forum. You can visit as read-only through the non-subscriber entry. It gets a little difficult to read with the many one-line posts.
