Furthermore, I will tell you what is pathetic. Osicom said that the weighted avg. outstanding on April 16 was 12.2 million. In the latest report it shows 14.4 million fully diluted, and that is for the quarter ended. It is probably higher today. Remember weighted means an average for the quarter, not the tally at the end of the quarter. It is probably over 15 million now. At least they are only authorized up to 20 mil and will need some votes to take more of your money. They are bleeding you dry...
