Dear John, Conference call was VERY upbeat. Perilous? NOT EVEN CLOSE. I beleive Bill Tausher said they have a 30 day inventory supply. You can rest assured that this supply is not old Pentium goods. The weeker gross profit was explained as capital investment into sales, training and "dressing" for the Nova project which is nearing completion. As I stated before, you have seen the last lows on VST for a while. The best you could have done today was 8 1/2 at about 10:00 am. Closed at 9 5/8. Tomorrow, maybe another 1/2 point. Warburg Pincus would not risk MILLIONS of dollars on a potential mutt. IMO. Best Regards, BamaReb
