Thanks for the heads-up on the new virus definitions.
I have a problem that just started today with Outlook Express and hope that you or one of our resident experts has a solution. Using Outlook Express Ver.5 with Win98SE. Always had the identity set as "Main Indentity", but added "Martin E. Frankel" as an identity and set it as my default. My name now appears on the right side below the upper toolbars instead of "Main Identity" and appears at the top of the page when I print out the e-mail, but:
(1) my address book has disappeared, but it is there if I change back to "Main Identity". (2) The folders when using my name "Martin E. Frankel" as the identity are accurate, but when going to "Main Identity", the folders all appear to be defaults (even though "Main Identity" was my previous default). (3) Messages received by one identity are not in the inbox for the other identity.
Sorry to make this sound so confusing, but (1) is there anyway to move all the messages (inbox, sent, etc. over to "Martin E. Frankel" and delete "Main Identity"... or at least just move them over to "Martin E. Frankel" (the new default) even if I leave the "Main Identity"? (2) is there anyway to move a rather large address book over to "Martin E. Frankel" from "Main Identity" and delete "Main Identity"?
I'm concerned that if I delete "Main Identity" I'll lose everything. If I can move everything over to the "Martin E. Frankel" identity which is now the default, I could just leave the "Main Identity", but how do I do it?.
Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.
