Well, the last grant was at 50 or 65 ? Even the ESPPs are under...not amusing at all...! the grant was preponed too...by 6 months or more...I don't think anyone wants to risk putting off employees... Besides, most companies have bonus' on hold, and option grant is the only thing to look forward to i guess... ItsToughLivingInTheSiliconValley.com
