yeah, I heard that too. Vesting immediately too.

Pisses me off that Mike Volpi registered to sell something like 750,000 shares at these prices. But then again, as a buddy said to me, this is more an indication of how many shares he has rather than an indication of where he thinks the stock is going.

He probably just wants to build a new addition to his home.
