"Encouraging signs" has been the story of this one's life! A flicker here, a wiggle there. I know Steve Meisner of CI Funds likes it. On the other hand, journalist David Baines has accused them of announcing "fantom contracts", and it's a little hard to argue with him . . . . . so I sit on my 1K shares and keep my fingers crossed.
