Mindmeld: Gains are fictional unless you sell. Anyone sitting here with certificates purchased at $30 some time ago would be able to tell you that. Meanwhile, this stuck like glue to $20 is mesmerizing. I have been looking at dollar volumes and a great deal of money has swirled to go nowhere. Which smells to me like frantic shifting of money from one pocket to the other. John.
