Telebit indeed is interesting. Right now, chipset developers are licensing the technology from Aware, Amati & Paradyne. I wonder what will happen if Telebit gets its way. Do chipset vendors pay a second license fee? Or Aware & Amati (since paradyne claims it doesn't apply to CAP) would have to pass on part of what they collect? Or Aware & Amati gets nothing & Telebit gets everyhting? Hard to figure out... that's why patent attorneys make the big $$$s...;) It's interesting to see Telebit fight for this when their business isn't doing so well...
