Hi Tim, some had been saying that the accounting change with the goodwill standard would spur a bout of M&A activity, I'm not sure if that is the case but interesting to see that it's been put off until Dec. I don't trust WIND, I think it's a story stock and the competitive landscape has gotten much more intense, since it's glory days. Now I'm so far away from being an expert on WIND, but I heard those stories 3 and 4 years ago about WIND. I never got involved in it, but it was on the buy list long ago. I see that you're doing the wise thing and just watching it. Gold broke above 275 on no discernable news. John
