DiFrancesco will tour H Power's Belleville, NJ, facility on Monday, May 21. A 4:00 p.m. press conference will follow, at which Secretary Evans will discuss President Bush's recently announced national energy policy and the importance of 21st Century technology to the country's current and future energy needs.
