Boys Boys Boys.... OMD - Rich1 was just doing his job. I think he has done it extremely well considering it is his first day.....and considering he fact that he has a handiap, he doesn't bite like you ! Rich1, OMD is just trying to maintain order in the company.....My guess is he needs some attention...our employees have been too busy lately to give him any.... You're doing a good job. I think I'm going to recommend you for a bonus......just make sure that door remains shut...it avoids all unpleasanness with the HR !!!
