Hello James, rob v, Laurie, Just exactly what's the $300 million needed for? If ALA + LU + TSIX would be an interesting combination, so would GX + TSIX. According to George Gilder, Greg Maffei negotiated 15 percent of Microsoft's purchase of Asia Global Crossing. With his usual hyperbole George says, "GX and TSIX will battle for worldwide supremacy, but in a trillion dollar market, there will be no loser." Why fight? Marty
