Pseudo Biologist, No disappointment in our discussions. As to the the pre-clinical progress of any MLNM-based products, the best source is a chart in the May 1996 prospectus (p. 33) that shows the progress of the six major diesease research programs. It shows several genes in obesity, atherosclerosis, inflam. resp. disease and oncology in the target validation stage (essentially biological study of the gene function), and none in product development. As far as I'm aware this is still an accurate portrayal, though I'm sure several more have entered target validation. What other threads might hold interested lurkers (Sequana, Myriad, HGSI...)? Perhaps between this, the INCY and VD threads we can get some good two-sided debates going on genomics? biowa
