Heard the police called Honda to see whether that speed was even possible on that bike, or if their radar was screwed up. Honda apparently said sure.

Question: isn't there some legal liability for selling a street bike that can do 160? I mean, where in the entire United States is 160 legal?

Sorta like selling a hunting rifle with a range of 10 miles.
