Hi Phil; I agree whole heartedly I aussi have the stock since Telsoft days.The count is taken from a point and figure chart of $CDN 1 1/2 point reversal. A vertical count of the move 21-27 1/2 counts to 42,from a 20 base; also the horizontial count of 271/2 across 13 bars counts to 42 from the 221/2 base. The 42 is no magic number but likely the place for a consolidation such as we saw before the 271/2 breakout. Using the same criteria the US 211/2 breakout charts horizontially to 291/2 0n a 16 base and at the current rate of exchange is 41.40c. Time is not a factor in P&F.. That's the way I see it anyways.
