Some of what I’m telling you is very subjective because the indicators are way to high to make me feel comfortable with an entry at this time but I always reflect back 0n the good old AOL days when I see a bull chart like FCEL is showing at the moment. With that said, look backwards a few weeks to the week of April 23rd and the following Monday.
