FORT WORTH, Texas, May 18, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Trident Technologies Inc., a
division of 21st Century Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:TEXN), today announced the
sale of and contract for SeaPatches with the Panama Canal Zone.

Trident Vice President of Sales and Marketing Ron Gorsline stated that, "This is
an important area for the SeaPatch, given the volume of shipping that passes
through the Canal Zone. Just one leak from one of those ships could be
disastrous."

Now that the SeaPatch is available to the area, immediate response will defend
the ecosystem, as well as save untold amounts of money. Trident is proud to
welcome the Panama Canal Zone to the SeaPatch and ProMag family of Trident
Technologies, a company committed to protecting the environment.
