Actually, Ed, MO, Jubimer, HAL, don, Dr D & AC, its niether tug o' war or the market.

"Investors" (VC) took time to carefully read Mr. Bramson's Annual report cover letter, 10K and 10Q, paused, blinked, light bulb turns on in their mind...the rest is his_story...

History = If VC buys a couple million shares below a buck (5 million at 50 cents = 2.5 million dollars), loan Ed 20 to 30 million for minority per cent of iNEXTV, and syndication produces good revs, stock goes to 5 in 12 months.

VC ROI is (5 x 5 is 25 million or 1000 per cent return on the stock) and part owner of significant player in Internet streaming.

Cost, initially 20 to 30 plus 2.5, then VC gets back 95% on sale of stock and has a minority share in iNEXTV for 2 - 3 million.

If in 2 years iNextv has valuation of 100 million (1.5 a share), 30 percent minority is worth 30 million,

if 500 million (8 a share) then VC has 150 million on a 2 - 3 million dollar investment,

if 1 billion (17. a share) then VC has 300 million on 2 - 3 million dollar investment.

what did VC risk? (S.O.B. VC will have better ROI then me dam it!)

This is what I read in WSJ and Graham & Dobbs. This is what my broker learned me <VBFG>

Ed got his finance degree from London University and has good working knowledge and back ground in "finance", the rest of us... " ...never let schoolin' interfere with our educatin." (Sam Clemens a.k.a. Mark Twain)

And, as soon as Ed raises 20 to 30 mil from the VC's we are all "set"...or...

If Alan Greenspan keeps dropping interest rates, pumping cash dollars in to the system, this country is going to be so liquid ED won't need VC's, he'll just float up to the teller window and hand the yound lady an I.O.U. for O.P. money...

It is not Ed's ego or mine or yours or "the market", it is focused on the prize of the syndication's cash flow and how the VC's pump the valuation...<VBFG>

We will know very shortly if his_story repeats itself.

Swamp Fox Charlie.
