Raymond,

Do you really believe that there is not a shortage of Electrical Production Capacity in CA right now?

This Tuesday will mark the One Year Anniversary of the beginning of the California Electrical Crisis (the first Stage Two Electrical Alert of 2000). I count 29 days that California was under a Electrical Power Alert before the Presidential Election: 1 Stage Two Alert in May, 6 Electrical Alerts in June (Stage One, Two or Three), 6 Alerts in July, 11 Alerts in August, and 5 Alerts in September. In total, for 49 days (May to December) in 2000, California was under an Electrical Power Alert.
